Applicant will require to provide phone support and address customer enquiries and complaints. Applicant is required to have clarity in communication, be punctual at work, be disciplined, have good listening skill, be motivated to achieve targets and have strong sense for customer satisfaction. Working experience on computer and knowledge of Internet technology will be preferred. Mode of conversation will be mostly in Nepali but will need some English language communication skill as well. Working shift will be mostly day shift but will require to be flexible with morning and evening shift as well. No prior experience is required but is value addition.
