Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office and registering their names and contact details
Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization
Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, order arranging for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner
Maintaining a sufficient record of costumers
Provide office support so as to ensure efficiency
Follow Up the costumers via phone calls, emails and report the executive accordingly
Perform other duties as requested by management
