Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows, Windows server, Microsoft SQL server
Hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS Site
Good understanding of computer systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. TeamViewer)
CCNA certification will be a plus
