  • Onboard property owners: Meet with landlords (Gharbheti), explain company services, and collect accurate property details.
  • Take media assets: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties using a smartphone.
  • Update data: Input collected property information, rental pricing, and contact details into the mobile app or database.
  • Coordinate viewings: Help prospective tenants or company teams visit and inspect properties on-site.
