Kantipur Ride is an emerging, localized digital ride-sharing and on-demand transit logistics platform operating across the Kathmandu Valley. We are currently scouting an analytically driven and swift Operations Manager to supervise fleet deployment, handle rider-driver relation channels, and improve dispatch algorithm metrics to meet daily transit demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: Coordinate daily on-boarding, document authentication, and field training schedules for new platform drivers (two-wheelers and cabs).
• Performance Tracking: Analyze real-time dispatch data, map peak-hour ride congestion, and design localized incentive modules for peak hours.
• Customer Care Support: Supervise the ground support desk to rapidly resolve application bugs, fair disputes, and user ride reports.
• Strategic Partnerships: Form corporate tie-ups with garage networks, fuel hubs, and insurance brokers to bring value benefits to registered fleet members.
